I led the design and development of a technical tracksuit project for Corporate World, collaborating closely with the brand owner to create a lightweight, ventilated set rooted in the brand’s regal, armour-inspired identity.
The design centred around a complex zip-up jacket built from the shield motif in the brand’s logo, which wrapped from front to back and functioned as an external layer concealing a breathable mesh beneath.
A two-layer hood system, laser-cut logo ventilation, and shield-shaped cargo pockets on the trousers reinforced the medieval and heraldic influences, while functional details such as pleated knees, a reinforced gusset, and zipped ankles supported movement and wearability.
To clearly communicate these hidden and structural elements, I produced concise internal-view mockups highlighting mesh placement, pocket construction, trim details, and key functional mechanics.

I also developed a comprehensive, production-ready tech pack to support sampling and manufacture.
This included detailed construction breakdowns, precise measurements, graded specifications, fabric and trim selections, stitch and seam instructions, and clear callouts for specialist techniques such as laser cutting and layered assemblies.
The tech pack was designed to minimise ambiguity, streamline communication with manufacturers, and ensure the complex construction could be accurately sampled, revised, and produced to a high standard.
