SKINSUIT ‘TRACING RAYS’ CAMPAIGN

Tracing Rays is a pilates-focused campaign that blends slow movement, minimal design, and atmosphere.
I photographed Phoebe performing pilates using a Sony A7IV and two Godox speedlights, then placed her into a custom-built Skinsuit 3D pilates space created in Blender.
The 3D environment is intentionally minimal and consists of a large, soft, rounded leather surface, a raised Skinsuit logo acting as the pilates platform, and three custom stained-glass-style windows.
The windows themselves remain unseen, with only their light rays visible on the floor. This references the real space we shot in and draws on my own nostalgic memories of village halls and community rooms.
Phoebe interacts with a 3D pilates ball throughout the content. The output is split between high-quality 3D stills and subtle animations.
The stills combine close-ups and full-body compositions to highlight the brand’s RibKnit Cotton Trousers, Active Cotton Stretch Top, Cotton Socks, and Cotton Drawstring packaging, both on and off the body.
The animations bring the space to life through realistic physics on the pilates balls and shifting light reacting to the soft leather forms.
Final sequences were refined and assembled in Premiere Pro, designed specifically for social platfo rms as short, seamless loops. The animations subtly bring the space to life while maintaining a calm, soft, and tactile feel that reflects Skinsuit’s focus on movement and natural material.
