This video project was created as a narrative-led extension of the photographic content from the same campaign, focusing on movement, intention, and physical presence.

I directed and shot a montage following the model through a calisthenic workout, using natural surroundings to shape a grounded training sequence. 

Filmed on a Sony A7IV and edited in Premiere Pro, the piece balances handheld, reactive shots with slower, controlled moments to reflect both intensity and focus.

A reflective voiceover adds an intimate layer, connecting movement and mindset.

Rooted in a real outdoor setting, the film emphasizes authenticity while blending documentary style, narrative structure, and social-first editing into a cohesive branded piece.
