I designed Skinsuit’s online store as a fully bespoke, interactive experience that functions more like software than a traditional e-commerce website.
Every element of the interface was designed by me, including typography, colour system, layout logic, and the overall visual language.
The site is intentionally simple in structure, with all brand, product, and contact information accessible from a single landing page, while remaining rich t2hrough layered, draggable, and animated UI elements.
A key feature of the site is the use of custom 3D assets instead of standard product photography.
Garments are presented on 3D models within the Skinsuit laboratory space, reinforcing the brand’s wider concept of existing inside a digital, simulated environment.
I designed the 3D backdrops, product visuals, interactions, buttons, and animations to create an engaging, exploratory user journey.
I produced animated mock-ups and annotated 2D layouts for both desktop and mobile, clearly communicating interactions, responsiveness, and motion to the developer, alongside structured revision documents throughout development.
The long-term vision is a 360° platform with user accounts, avatars, digital garments, and community experiences, and with every digital interaction designed to encourage real-world movement, connection, health, and shared physical experiences beyond the screen.
