SKINSUIT ‘WHATEVER LIFE THROWS YOU AT’ CAMPAIGN

This photographic campaign was conceived and executed to stress-test the Skinsuit Muscle Puffer jacket and trousers, demonstrating durability through narrative rather than product display.
I ideated, planned, directed, shot, coloured, and edited the entire project, approaching it as a performance-led experiment rather than a traditional fashion shoot.
The imagery features two models attempting (and failing at) extreme sports, placing the garments in high-impact, uncontrolled situations.
Using digital compositing and harmonising techniques in Photoshop, I built exaggerated moments of movement, loss of balance, and impact, paired with quieter images showing the aftermath: dirt, wear, and the physical reality of pushing the clothing to its limits.
This contrast reinforces both the toughness of the garments and their lived-in credibility.
I led location scouting, model casting, and styling, choosing natural forest environments to ground the campaign in realism.
The compositions intentionally place the athletes slightly smaller within the frame, allowing the landscape and action to provide context, making the story about endurance, environment, and use, not just the product.
The result is a stripped-back, narrative-driven campaign that communicates durability through action, experimentation, and consequence, aligning with Skinsuit’s ethos of performance tested in real, uncompromising conditions.
