Since its foundation in 2022, I’ve worked in-house as a designer and developer for Track Mafia, a Kent-based streetwear brand founded and owned by Ted Baker.
My role sits across both creative and technical development, with Ted setting the overall product intent and aesthetic direction, and trusting me to lead the design process from initial concepts through to production.
I work closely with Ted to refine ideas, translating his vision into considered, production-ready garments.
This involves designing collections, developing detailed tech packs, defining construction and specification details, and managing the sampling process through to final bulk orders.
I utilise my established network of overseas manufacturers to deliver high-quality samples efficiently, supporting consistent releases and scalable production.
This workflow has played a key role in growing the brand from launch to nearly 20,000 Instagram followers while enabling strong commercial performance.
My output spans a wide range of product categories, including outerwear, sportswear, athleisure, denim, bags, accessories, custom trims and hardware, labels, and packaging.
Across all projects, I balance creative experimentation with practicality and cost-awareness, ensuring each product aligns with the brand’s identity while pushing its visual and material language forward within the underground streetwear space.
